Thanks to Sally for sharing her recipe to me. She has tried out a few and it works on this. It works on hers but not me. I think it my oven temperature.
Ingredient :
100g Hong Kong/Plain flour (I use plain flour)
60g Golden Syrup
30g Peanut oil
1/4 tsp Alkaline water
Egg wash (I did not use it because this is my 1st batch).
Method :

Mix peanut oil, g.

Golden syrup and alkaline water.

Sieve flour into a mixing bowl, make a well in the flour and stir in (1).

Do not overmix.

Cut dough with piglet mould and place in lined baking tray.

Bake at 180C for 10 mins.
