This is my 3rd time trying out. It seems that my oven is not working as the heat from the bottom is lighted up. Therefore, only the top of the cookies look quite okay but the base it not really cooked yet. I still have to find out more of my oven. The booklet is too brief and nothing much about the usage of the oven. Next week I shall try to do the cookies again and maybe try to do chocolate cake. Not satisfied with my result for this time.
Butter Biscuits – 1 June 7, 2008
Bought the oven for about 3 weeks and never use it before. So I decide to make the simplest butter biscuits. I bought the biscuits flour (500g) and a butter (250g). I mix them together. Luckily I never used all the flour as I am not sure whether how it turns out. I set the oven at 175 degree for 20 mins. Guess what happen? All the biscuits become black. Never give up. Next week try again. Maybe I don’t know how to control the temperature and timing. Yet to understand my oven.
Chocolate Cornflakes June 1, 2008
1 box of cornflakes
This is simple. I like to do simple task. hehehe…….. I melt the chocolate in a bowl and boil it in the hotwater. It melt very fast. Add cornflakes into the melted chocolate and stir well. Place it in the small cup and put some colour chocolate rice on top. To look colourful.
