Wahoo! My hubby buy a new oven for me. I wanted an oven to learn to do cakes and biscuits. He is going to get a breakmaker for me too! Wow!

Yesterday I tried this pancake for my sons. My younger son loves it very much that he can eat 2 piece for lunch and dinner. I bought these from Cold Storage. Sally recommended me to buy Bisquick. Not bad. I follow the instruction and make 10 piece of pancakes.
2 cup of Bisquick
1 cup of fresh milk
2 eggs
Use the non stick pan for pancake.
Plum & Raisin Muffins May 2, 2008
makes 12 muffins
- 4 fresh ripe dark red plums, chopped
- 225g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100g sugar
- 100g unsalted melted butter
- 1 large egg
- 120ml buttermilk or plain milk
- 200g raisins or dried mixed fruit
Method
Grease muffin tins or line with muffin paper cases. Heat oven to 200 deg C.
Stft flour and baking powder in a large mixing bowl and add the sugar.
In a separate bowl, beat egg milk and melted butter together. Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients and pour in the egg mixture. Use a wooden spoon to combine the ingredients but do not overmix.
Stir in chopped plums and raisinsor dried fruit. Do not overmix.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups and bake for 20 to 25 mins. Test with skewer for doneness.
